Then my daughter decided we should make cute little cocktail bagels for New Years so I taught her and we shaped 31 mini bagels, and served them to our guests. Everyone loved them. She cut them in half and made them into a pyramid on a cake plate.
You make them using the basic recipe, just divide the dough into more pieces. We were making 32 and ended up with 31. I never did figure out what happened. You may need to shorten the baking time a bit since they're smaller. Just keep your eye on them.
